******dly, Steven Bloom (Boris Kodjoe, "Resident Evil: Afterlife") and his wife, Samantha (Gugu Mbatha-Raw, “Bonekickers”), are a typical married couple who own a small catering company in Los Angeles and are helped by Samantha’s easily frazzled younger sister, Lizzy (Jessica Parker Kennedy, “Smallville”). Secretly, the duo were two of the CIA’s best spies until they fell in love on the job five years ago and retired. When fellow spy and friend Nash (Carter MacIntyre, "American Heiress") goes missing while on the trail of a Russian arms dealer, the Blooms are reinstated by boss Carlton Shaw (Gerald McRaney, "Deadwood") to locate and rescue Nash. The pair is thrust back into the world of espionage as they follow leads that span the globe -- and Steven and Samantha realize that this supercharged, undercover lifestyle provides the excitement and romance that their marriage has been missing. Also starring is Ben Schwartz (NBC’s “Parks and Recreation”).

Šta je ovo, izgleda ko neka lateks američka loša krimi/sapunjasta serija...

Ne planiram gledat, al javite komentare. :D

i tako ja pogledala epizodu, moja ocjena je 6/10

moram priznat da sam ocekivala puno gore, za pocetak glavni likovi su mi parili nepristupacni i antipaticni - nije tocno, skroz su simpa i jedan i drugi - imaju interne baze i malo sarkazma - jos malo bi dobro doslo al ajd; nema bas neke kemije između njih - al ajd, to se mozda promijeni kasnije

radnja je predvidljiva - tj. tipicno za sve serije takve vrste, baca na chucka dosta po tom pitanju - negativno je sta je sve predvidljivo i vec viđeno - mozda da to malo poboljsaju;
ak nastave dalje radit za CIU, a ocito je da oce, treba pojacat ekipu - ovaj leo kojeg su spasili je skorz ok, mogao bi posluziti svrsi, onaj hoyt me bas nasmijao - mozda da on ostane da se digne malo raspolozenje

dakle, minusi su to sto je vec sve viđeno i takve stvari vec postoje na trzistu, manjak ljudi koji tvore ekipu, nedovoljno kemije - al pogledat cu jos koju epizodu da vidim oce se ista od toga promijeniti

inace, naisla sam na neke komentare pa cisto da ih stavim par:

The writers seem so concerned with ensuring that their characters are preternaturally decent and likable that they go for sunny skies when there should be storm clouds....But Kodjoe and Mbatha-Raw are so energetic and appealing that it's hard to take your eyes off them long enough to worry about such matters, and they both seem up to just about anything.

Lighter than "Alias" but not nearly as much fun as "Chuck," it's serving up a couple who are maybe a little too good to be true, whether they're freeing a fellow spy or heating things up in the bedroom.

He's dashing, she's beautiful, and the show is fairly entertaining. But Undercovers adds nothing to the spy show genre.

Undercovers has its moments, but the show itself in some respects mirrors the initial problem with the central duo's relationship--comfortable, perhaps, but failing to spark the kind of passion necessary to elicit fidelity from viewers.

Abrams and company, including Kodjoe and Mbatha-Raw, who possess chemistry but lack sufficient charm and delivery, must find some way to jump-start this misfire before it fades into obscurity, or before Abrams shifts his focus to the forthcoming mystery production "Super 8," which hints at a more intriguing fusion of "Lost" and "Cloverfield."

radnja je predvidljiva - tj. tipicno za sve serije takve vrste, baca na chucka dosta po tom pitanju

baš mi se tako i čini ta serija
ko Chuck, ali bez humora, znači samo akcija :)

It's the end of the road for J.J. Abrams' spy drama Undercovers as NBC today decided not to pick up additional episodes from the freshman series beyond the original 13-episode order. The Warner Bros. TV-produced show is now filming Episode 12. The news comes on the heels of Undercovers hitting another series low last night when it slipped to a 1.3 rating in the 18-49 demo. The slickly produced light drama, whose pilot was directed by Abrams, broke primetime ground by featuring two Black actors as the leads. But it got off to a disappointing start in the Wednesday 8 PM slot and never found traction with viewers. The series will stay on for the next 2 weeks and will air its last original (for now) on Dec. 1. It was already set for a preemption on Nov. 24 when NBC is airing a DreamWorks Animation holiday special. The fate of the remaning original Undercovers episodes is unclear. This is the second new NBC series to get cancelled, along with legal drama Outlaw. The rest of NBC's freshman class all received back-nine orders.
