Upravo tako. Vlastito iskustvo i vlastiti zakljuchci.
Ja san eksperimentira sa puno vrsta prehrane ko sportas, no veganska prehrana bazirana na vocu mi je najbolja i sa fizickog i sa psihickog (i duhovnog) stanja.
Sta uopce nije cudno, jer smo se mi i nasi mozgovi najvise razvili na vocu (a ne na mesu ko sta neki tvrde):
