ok, magnezij i vitamin c, mada kombinacije vit.c intravenzno i do 20g dnevno mi je malo previse, ajde jos 2-4 grama nekako...

To znaci da ako dodam ga u topli caj ili juhu ne bi mu trebalo biti nista sto se tice iskoristivosti za organizam???

Uglavnom ne sjetim se popit vise od jednom dnevno,ne pijem tramale znaci da je sto se tice bola je ok,
mamin krvni nalaz pokazuje manjak magnezija pa valjda joj nesto ometa apsorpciju jer na nju magnezij klorid ima laksativan ucinak,
muz i svekrva definitivno nemaju migrene u zadnje vrijeme,
nego bio je slucaj par slabih glavobolja...
