Odradio sam smolov ciklus i nemoj ga raditi ako možeš još napredovati. Ako već ideš onda obavezno odraditi prva dva tjedna prije početnog ciklusa duboke čučnjeve, ubaci box squatove i dosta se isteži

Ako se odlučiš raditi 13 tjedana pakla je ispred tebe
Ja sam se bio zajebo pa sam računao kilaže prema stvarnim kilažama, ekipa mee htjela ubiti u gymu jer sam svaki dan vidio u racku za čučnjeve
