How can I check what my kids are doing on social networks?
"Maybe this question has been posted everywhere. Here I still am hoping for a real answer other than ""trust your kids"". Honestly, I trust my kids, but I don't trust their friends. That's why I am thinking of spying on them.
I have 3 kids, and they all know that the phones and computers they use are mine. I have told them it is not their right to have a phone, it is just a privilege. They know that at any time I can and I will read through their phones like messages phone calls etc. They are not to expect privacy while using my phones.They can all make really good decisions for the their ages.
However, I have seen inappropriate information and comments coming across from other people's children. Depending on the maturity level of my kids, they may not know how to handle it. Therefore, it is my responsibility as a parent to know what they are having to deal with to help guide them through it so I can protect them from further nastiness. However, I am finding that I can go through their phones but I can not check their IM chat like Facebook, Skype etc. Scanning what they are doing on social media would be helpful whenever I have a moment to do so. Is there any way for me to do that?"
