You are right, no one would want to be euthanasied if they hadn't thought about that really hard.
The verb is to euthanize/euthanise. To be euthanized.

I really wish Virgils would drop by and correct all the posts here, one by one.
I don't feel ready to take on the role of a grumpy teacher.
Yet.

The subtle difference between assisted suicide and euthanasia is in the person who does the very act of ending a life in question.

In the case of euthanasia, somebody else puts an end to your life - with your documented permission (supposing everything is legal), but we are still talking about another person doing it in the end, which is sort of morally problematic, even if legally permitted.
In the case of assisted suicide, you end your life, and that suicide is "assisted" in sense that other people help you to perform that act, since you are probably physically unable to do it completely on your own (remember, we are talking about people in various grave medical states in hospitals). In other words, they provide you with what is necessary, but in the end it is you who is (or is not) going to do that.

The problematic thing in the whole story is that assisted suicide is not always applicable, for example in cases where that person is in permanently unconscious state (i.e. coma), but there is a documented statement in which he/she had expressed a desire for hastened death should he/she find him/herself in such a situation in which they are now. In that case, only euthanasia is applicable.
thanks for the explanation

now playing: clint mansell-lux aeterna (song from requiem for a dream)

Right, but keep in mind what most of the controversies about euthanasia were about actually - in most of the cases I have encountered so far, it was about people who were in grave medical states, but without documented desire for hastened death, so their families wanted to make a decision for them. That certainly is problematic, given that there is no legal and documented basis to be sure that the person in question would want to be put to death, and the thing complicates even more when it comes to minors and parents wanting to decide for them.

I haven't heard this song before. I really like it. The lyrics are sad.

I was out last night, so I was under the influence of Croatian trash music.

Now playing: Better than me - Hinder.

NP is always an interesting subject.

NP: Klaxons- As Above, So Below

As for the French music, Edith Piaf would be my favorite.

I am not living in Zagreb. I hope it will be my abode next year.

Yeah, or the whole little forest is shaking.

Shouldn't it be: ...that will run all over you...?

What do you think about this song?

To be under the impression means you have a vague idea about something.
ex. I was under the impression that he liked me, but it turned out I was wrong.

Plus, your sentence is a good example of when to use Present Perfect.
What I suppose you're trying to say is something like:

The movie has made a lasting impression on me. I've been thinking about it all day.

EDIT:
ex. I must be having PMS. I must be PMSing (colloquial speech).

I prefer AmE to BrE. BrE can be annoying. Classy, but annoying.
