Meh, s leđa izgledam odlično, sprijeda nikako osim bicepsa...trebao bih se riješiti vikend piva i bureka za marendu ali šta mi onda preostaje

A2: zgibovi (široki hvat) 10x3 +15kg, pauza 70s
B1: romanian deadlift 10x3 110kg, bez pauze
B2: seated calf raises 10x3, 65kg, pauza 70s
C1: kontrakosi bench 10x3 107.5kg, bez pauze
C2: sidebands 25kg, pauza 70s
trbuh + vježbe za lumbalnu kralježnicu s fizikalne terapije, nešto malo za koljena i tetive stopala
