Svi muslimani imaju nacionalnu svijest, tako da Indonezani, Marokanci i Bosnjaci mogu biti "braca", kako ti kazes, ali se svaki osjeca clanom zasebne nacije.
Kako stvari stoje, svi "srbo-hrvati-crnogorci" su Bosnjaci. Cujem da su Bugari, Pomaci, a mislim da su Makedonci, Gorani.

As among other peoples, the dominant type of social boundary influences the identity of Muslims. With the emergence of Muslim nation-states, Muslims are confused about their identities, whether the primary loyalty belongs to the ‘ummah’ (the community of the believers) or to the nation-state. Nation-state system dominated the Islamic world
and tried to fill the political gap. However, no dominant identity paradigm has been able to eliminate the Islamic identity of Muslim peoples. Current developments in the Islamic world are leading to the intensified revivalism of Islamic social and political movements. During such times, Muslim peoples remember their ummah identity.
