Moje prvo i nadasve bolno (sexualno) iskustvo sa Fedexom. (ovo seksualno zato što su me izj**** ko vola).
Naručili smo jednostavne cipele (br.35) iz US-a, razlog što ovdje nema brojeva, a i svidjele su se mojoj ženi. Uglavnom, cipele 49$, shipment 3-5 dana Fedex HiPriority intenational 39$. Naravno cipele smo naručili nešto više od 2 tjedna prije svadbe za koju su te cipele kupljene.

Ok, 90 dolara za broj 35. treći dan cipele već u Frankfurtu... peti dan već prošle Pariz, Beč.. i eto ih u Zagrebu.. rekoh... stvarno brza služba.. vrijede tih 39$. Oh kako sam se samo grdo zayebo.
Eto ukratko.. put koji su prošle cipele broj 35.
Nadalje.. cipele nismo dobili na vrijeme... dodatno smo se iznenadili računom od Rhea doo, gdje su naplatili carinu, skladište, i manipulativne troškove još nekih 490 kn.. tako da su nas cipele br.35 koje koštaju 49.99$ ukupno koštale preko hrvatskog fedexa nešto više od 189 $.
Usput možda sam zaboravio napomenuti da pošiljka kasni više od tjedan dana?
U svakom slučaju, što god da naručivali ukoliko postoji mogućnost USPS za koje kažu da traje do 2 tjedna... svakako koristite, jer :
1. nema neočekivanih troškova u vidu 400% veće cijene.
2. roba obično dođe u roku 10 dana, nekad i prije.
3. shipment je drastično jeftiniji, a dobije se bolja usluga.
Na moje pozive da nam je pošiljka bitna i da smo platili 100 $ da bi dobili za 3-5 dana samo su igrali ping pong i šaltali me sa telefona na telefon.
Obećavali da je pošiljka već na putu do mene iako su za par dana rekli da još uvijek čekaju dokaz o uplati njihovih 490$ iako sam taj dokaz (kopiju uplate)
poslao u roku 5 minuta po primitku računa na email.
Glupa koza nije pročitala email, na što je bilo joj oprostite tek sad vidim da je to poslano još prošli u petak.
Žalbe ne pomažu niti na Lokalni fedex niti na glavni američki...
Eto za kraj dio kopije zadnje email konverzacije sa amerikanacima... pa tko želi ovakvo iskustvo.. samo nek izvoli..

There will be no next expirience with Fedex. This is the worst currier service.
You Cost me an 168$ for product that is worth 49$. Your service for delivery 3-5 days is payed completly by twice, and it is not delivered in 3-5 days, it has more than 15 days and still not delivered.
Did this make something clear to you?
If I was chosed USPS mail delivery, It will came definetly for 10 days with no extra charges or double bill for delivery and it will cost 14$.
If I payed to you 39$ for delivery, why your croatian office ask for another 39$ as manipulative expenses????????????

And for your information, It was not held in customs, I got customs bill at Friday, It was held on customs by Thursday, and till today it was held by your croatian office.

Ovdje su u nastavku bile kopije svih računa...
NIKAD VIŠE FedEx za internet kupovinu.
Inače... fedexov policy za dostavu vrijedi samo za ameriku. Znači da ukoliko amerikancu ne dostave u roku 60 sekundi od predviđenog vremena, Fedex vraća novac. Naravno za sve ostale piše na njihovom websiteu, posebno za firme poput Rhea doo koji rade po licenci,
Fedex ne odgovara. tj. možete se žaliti upravi vodovoda. Što je naravno razlog iz kojeg se Hrvatski fedex ponaša bahato i neprofesionalno.
